Goodbye
When you lose your
loved rabbit, chinchilla, guinea pig, rat, mouse or tortoise you can bring their
body to the Burrow so we can have them cremated for you.
We offer a wide selection of urns for all of the above animals (plus cats and
dogs). When the ashes are returned to us we will place them in the urn you have
chosen and will call you when it is ready to be picked up.
We also offer a pick up and delivery service from your home, or vet.
If you need a shoulder to cry on we are here for that too.
| Saying good bye is a very hard time for all of us. Here at the Bunny Bunch we have had to say good bye to quite a few rabbits, chinchillas and guinea pigs over the years. Its a very sad time. Penelope was kept as an outdoors bunny. She lived in a plastic carrier and her only run time was outside, on the dirt. The people who had her almost lost her one night, and this raised a red flag for one of our volunteers. She was bought for a small child, and was relinquished to the volunteer once the parents realized how much work bunnies really are. She came to us a bit dirty, but other than that she is a completely healthy and happy bunny. She is currently in foster and is waiting for her forever home.
